As part of SDC Industries expansion plan, the company recently opened a new manufacturing facility in Kingussie, Inverness-shire, in the heart of the Scottish Highlands - this associated company trades under the name of Tempest Energy Systems.

Tempest Energy Systems has the capability to manufacture REACTOR and TRANSFORMER products, including Filter, Detuning and Inrush Reactors, High Voltage Reactors and Air-Cooled Transformers. Each product is designed by our highly-experienced engineering team at SDC Industries. A seamless transition follows the design process to take the product to full production at Tempest Energy Systems. We employ a highly-skilled workforce, and have invested in the latest state-of-the-art machinery, to ensure our products are delivered to the customer in first-class condition.
